Dan J. Sanders - Author

An active community leader, Mr. Sanders serves in leadership roles with several local non-profits. He also serves on the executive committee of the Food Marketing Institute board of directors, an organization committed to serving the public interest regarding the world's food supply. Additionally, he is the author of Built to Serve, published by McGraw-Hill in 2007. The book teaches leaders how to develop culture-driven, people-centered organizations. It has landed on the New York Times and USA Today bestseller lists.

Dan Sanders' second book, Equipped to Lead, is in production. He and co-author Galen Walters are shaping the manuscript at this time. Equipped to Lead will provide readers a natural segue from the principles of Built to Serve to practical application, using the "4P Management" system developed by Walters.
